HFP External High Frequency Pneumatic Vibrators for Precast Concrete & Formwork (HFP Series, 25kN – 60kN)

The HFP Series Pneumatic External Vibrator is driven by high-pressure compressed air supplied via an air compressor. As compressed air enters the inlet chamber, it drives the internal piston mechanism in an alternating reciprocating and planetary motion through automatic air directional switching. This generates intense multi-directional high-frequency mechanical vibration transferred directly to the formwork and concrete, efficiently eliminating air bubbles, accelerating curing, and maximizing concrete density and structural strength.

1. Robust Cast Iron Construction

Unlike conventional light aluminum vibrators that attenuate vibration energy, the HFP series utilizes high-strength ductile cast iron. The optimal weight-to-power ratio guarantees maximum energy transfer into deep concrete layers and massive steel molds.

Operates reliably in damp, muddy, and extreme temperature conditions where electric vibrators pose high shock and burning hazards. When paired with portable diesel-driven air compressors, it operates independently in remote, off-grid job sites.

Unlike electric motors that burn out under mechanical jams, the pneumatic motor simply slows down or pauses under excessive resistance and resumes full speed instantly once cleared.
