The 2WF Series stainless steel flange solenoid valve is designed for precise and reliable control of air, gas, oil, and liquid media in demanding industrial systems. Constructed with durable stainless steel materials — SS304, SS316, CF8, and CF8M optional — and equipped with robust flange connections, this valve ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. Its direct-acting structure provides fast response and dependable sealing performance, supporting a working pressure range of 0 to 10 bar (0–1.0 MPa). Available in 1/2″ to 3″ sizes with orifice options from 2.5 mm to 65 mm, the valve meets various flow and system design requirements.

The 2WF Series is engineered to perform under a wide range of operating conditions, with medium temperature capability from -5°C to 80°C, and optional high-temperature configurations up to 120°C or 150°C depending on the sealing material (NBR, EPDM, VITON). Multiple voltage choices including 220VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC, and 12VDC allow easy integration into different control systems. With optional explosion-proof coils and installation flexibility (horizontal or tilting less than 30°), the stainless steel flange solenoid valve is widely used in water treatment, HVAC systems, chemical processing, machinery equipment, and general industrial automation applications requiring high reliability and corrosion-resistant flow control.
