QJDL Series Lubrication Solenoid Valve
The QJDL series solenoid lubrication system consists of several parts, including a host computer-based human-machine interface (HMI) system, an automatic grease replenishment station, an electric high-pressure lubrication station, and an electromagnetic lubrication device. Each part is modular, with the final execution unit being the quantitative electromagnetic lubrication integration. The functions of each part are as follows: Host Computer-Based Human-Machine Interface (HMI): The HMI hardware consists of an industrial computer, a monitor, and communication devices. Through the HMI, operators can monitor and operate the lubrication system on-site. One HMI system can monitor multiple lubrication systems. Automatic Grease Replenishment Station: The grease replenishment station is mainly used to replenish the grease required by each integrated lubrication station.

Lubrication Solenoid Valve Introduction
QJD Series Electromagnetic Lubricator Intelligent Lubrication System
The QJD series intelligent lubrication system consists of several modular units, including:
-
Upper-level HMI monitoring system
-
Automatic grease replenishment station
-
Electric high-pressure lubrication station
-
Electromagnetic lubrication unit
The quantitative electromagnetic lubricator assembly serves as the final execution unit, responsible for accurate metered lubrication delivery.
System Component Functions
1. Upper-Level HMI Monitoring System
Built with an industrial-grade computer, display, and communication modules.
Through the HMI interface, operators can monitor and control the lubrication process in real time.
A single monitoring system can manage multiple lubrication stations simultaneously.
2. Automatic Grease Replenishment Station
Responsible for continuously supplying grease to all lubrication stations, ensuring stable operation without frequent manual addition.
3. Electric High-Pressure Lubrication Station (Core Power Module)
Equipped with two high-pressure plunger pumps, load-measuring module, pressure sensors, and a control cabinet.
-
Provides the main power source for the lubrication system.
-
Communicates with upper-level controls for interlocking and coordination.
-
Collects and feeds back operating status from lubrication points.
Operating Logic:
-
Two pumps operate in rotation (one active, one standby).
-
Low oil level triggers automatic replenishment from the grease supply station.
-
When system pressure is low, the pump starts automatically; when the preset pressure is reached, it stops.
4. Electromagnetic Lubrication Unit (Execution + Feedback Monitoring)
Composed of a metering module, solenoid valve, and intelligent control processor.
-
The solenoid valve performs quantitative lubrication discharge.
-
The smart processing unit controls valve operation and receives sensor signals.
-
Working status is fed back to the main control system for intelligent lubrication management.
